In the beginning, there was Waugh Sauvignon Blanc. Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a blast from the past! Sauvignon Blanc was the first white wine produced under the Waugh Cellars label. The last vintage produced was in 2003. We hope you enjoy the come back!

As with most Waugh wines you will find an intensity and complexity expressing the true character of the varietal. This wine offers an enticing freshness with its bright acidity and beautiful minerality. Light yellow in hue with aromas of lemon zest and green mango which are interwoven with floral notes, melon and citrus. The full bodied mid-palate, developed by lees stirring in barrel, carries the fresh flavors through to a very clean and extremely long finish.
